Philosophy
Accomplished: As the Carolinas' premier videographer, I have perfect reviews on The Knot, Wedding Wire, Google, & Facebook. I am in The Knot's "Best of Weddings" Hall of Fame, an award received by less than 1% of all vendors.
Experienced: I have filmed weddings exclusively for the last 10 years, capturing more than 400 total. I personally film every wedding myself. I just don't trust anyone else to offer the same quality and attention to detail.
Efficient: I want you to relive your wedding day as soon as possible, so I create a next-day Instagram reel for you to view and share within 24 hours. Then I deliver your full highlight and documentary films within 30 days.
Uncompromising: I want you to have it all without compromising or paying extra. My all-inclusive collection comes with the coverage hours you need, 4 camera angles, 3 film edits, aerial shots, live streaming, and raw footage.
Classic: My style is clean and true-to-life because I want you to enjoy how your films look now and forever. I tailor each film to match my couple's wishes, but I generally avoid trends like distorted, oversaturated, or washed out filters.

Organic: My goal is to capture your wedding as it naturally unfolds. While posed photographs look great, I believe the best video shots are candid. I work beside your photographer, but I typically do very little directing.

Unobtrusive: I am calm, easy going, and inconspicuous as I work tirelessly to capture every important moment of your wedding. I interface seamlessly with you, your guests, and your other vendors so you can relax and enjoy your day.
Inconspicuous: I shoot weddings solo by operating one camera and using tripods to place additional cameras around the ceremony and reception. I work around the fringes of the venue, staying at the back and the sides.
Q & A
What parts of the wedding day do you capture?
-
Before the ceremony, I film details (rings, jewelry, shoes), bride prep (hair, makeup, dress), groom prep (jackets, ties, boutonnieres), and special moments (letter readings, gift exchanges, first looks).
-
During the ceremony, I film everything from multiple angles around the venue. I record sound from every camera, the soundboard, and lapel microphones hidden on the groom and officiant.
-
After the ceremony, I film the highlights of the reception, including the party introductions, toasts and speeches, first dances, place settings, food, cake cutting, flower and garter tosses, dance floor, and send off.
What types of films do you create?
-
The instant film (1 minute) includes quick shots of the most memorable moments, edited into a wedding trailer, which is perfect for posting on social media.
-
The highlight film (6-8 minutes) includes all of the most memorable moments of your wedding day set to your choice of two songs.
-
The documentary film (30-60 minutes) includes the complete ceremony, first dances, and speeches.

How many hours of coverage time do I need?
-
As you develop the timeline of your day, you will get a feel for how many hours make sense for you. I prefer to arrive in the middle of preparations so I can capture shots of your details, dress, hair, and makeup. I always film the entire ceremony, and I usually stay through the reception so I can film all of the important moments, such as the introductions, first dances, toasts, cake cutting, and exit.

Do you work well with photographers and guests?
-
Yes, my style is very unobtrusive. I capture all of your special moments while respecting everyone's space.
Do you charge a travel fee?
-
Travel is included to all destinations within NC & SC. Contact me for a custom quote for other destinations.

What forms of payment do you accept?
-
I accept checks and electronic payments through Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.

When is payment due?
-
A retainer is due with the signed agreement to reserve your date, and the balance is due before your wedding.
Do you offer any discounts?
-
Yes, I offer a discount to members of the military, teachers, and first responders. Thank you for your service.
